Buying your very own!
There are many places to buy dolls from, but be aware of the very high prices these dolls come at.

Places to buy dolls from that are more affordable for people with a lower budget:

Places to buy dolls from that can be quite expensive:

As you can see there are a lot more sites to buy expensive dolls at than there are for cheaper ones. Cheaper does not always mean you are getting less for your money and the main difference between cheaper and more expensive dolls is the material they are made of. Whether it be AVS, resin or any other material though, if the dolls are made by professional companies you can still be sure that you are not getting something of lesser value for a lower price. In fact most dolls that aren't made of resin or similarly expensive material are just as good. They can be customized in the same way and clothed in the same way and are therefore just as good. The difference only really shows up slightly when looking closer at the dolls or comparing them right next to one another.
BJDs come in many sizes, shapes and forms and are of course also made of varying materials depending on what type you choose, but that does not mean that they are any less worthy of your home and love. Hujoo dolls are different from many Pullip dolls for example because Hujoos more comonly use AVS
